Responsibilities

• Providing administrative support to our financial planners.
• Efficiently implementing procedures to ensure the financial planning process goes smoothly for clients and staff.
• Understanding all of the products offered by Blueprint and communicating these products clearly to our clients.
• Maintaining the company’s database and assist planners in gaining the information they need from clients.

Who we are looking for

• Degree in Financial Planning, Finance, Business Administration or other related fields.
• 1-3 years working experience.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Able to work under tight schedules and pressure.
• Good attitude and strong discipline.

• Accounts receivable transaction processing, expense & claims processing, and handling of accounting software and record keeping.
